Bateas Mining (MIBSAC) shares its experience with polymetallic plants during Flotation 2025

Minera Bateas SAC (MIBSAC), committed to operational excellence and sustainable innovation, actively participated in Flotación 2025, the most important technical forum in Latin America on mineral flotation and concentration plant operations.

The event took place in Lima on May 15 and 16 and brought together national and international experts from the mining and metallurgical sector. Representing Minera Bateas (MIBSAC), Plant Manager Marco Flores moderated the panel discussion:
“Polymetallic Concentrator Plants: Challenges, Innovations and Opportunities.”

During his presentation, Engineer Flores highlighted the role of polymetallic operations in the pursuit of operational improvements, process efficiency, and the application of sustainable technologies. He emphasized that these opportunities must be seized with strategic vision and collaboration among industry stakeholders.

Part of the MIBSAC plant technical team also attended the event as part of Minera Bateas' ongoing development policy, thus reinforcing its technical leadership and culture of continuous improvement.
